You may hold only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pttoto customer support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.
pttoto is required by our licensing authority to verify the identity of all account holders. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request that you submit identity documents including a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent selfie photograph, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).
Your account may be restricted or suspended if you fail to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 days). We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that fail KYC verification or provide fraudulent, altered, or stolen identity documents. All documents submitted are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
pttoto reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform.
pttoto supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and popular e-wallets including DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards where available. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
pttoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All deposits are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit from a foreign payment method.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account at any time. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your pttoto account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-23:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may also require additional verification if there are changes to your account details or payment methods, or if we detect unusual account activity. pttoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
pttoto does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals in the same calendar month may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per transaction. Your bank or payment provider may also charge receiving fees, which are beyond our control.
Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
pttoto operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international AML standards. You must wager deposited funds at least one time (1x rollover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 (cumulatively, win or lose) before you can withdraw. This requirement helps prevent our platform from being used for money laundering or illicit fund transfers.
We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately terminated and funds may be frozen pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed on the promotion page or communicated via email. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements). Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3.000.000 before you can withdraw.
Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days depending on the promotion). Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other users to exploit bonuses (syndicate play), using betting strategies designed to guarantee profits from bonus funds (e.g., hedging bets on opposite outcomes), or any other behavior deemed abusive at pttoto's sole discretion.
If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, suspend or terminate your account, and refuse future bonus offers. In cases of systematic or egregious bonus abuse, we may also ban the associated payment methods and devices from accessing our platform.
All bets placed on pttoto are binding and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. pttoto is not responsible for bets placed in error or due to user misunderstanding of odds or market rules.
Betting markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, particularly during live in-play betting where odds and markets change rapidly. pttoto reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at our discretion, especially bets that exceed maximum stake limits or bets placed by users with a history of arbitrage or advantage play.
In the event of an obvious error in odds (palpable error), such as odds being displayed incorrectly due to a technical glitch or human error, pttoto reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds or settle them at the correct odds. Examples of obvious errors include decimal odds displayed as 1.01 when the correct odds should have been 10.1, or a clear favorite listed at long-shot odds due to a technical mistake.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the sport's official rules. Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on events as they unfold. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, odds and available markets update constantly. pttoto is not responsible for delays in odds updates due to internet latency, streaming delays, or other technical factors. Bets are always settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted, not the odds displayed on your screen at the time you clicked.
Togel draws are conducted by independent third-party lottery operators. pttoto acts solely as a betting intermediary allowing users to place bets on the outcomes of these draws. Draw results are final and binding. pttoto has no control over draw outcomes and does not conduct the draws ourselves.
Draw schedules and result times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Results are published immediately after the official draw announcement.
